Booking & Service Policies
Please review the guidelines below prior to booking
Booking Requirements To ensure the best experience, all services require a consultation before booking. A $50 deposit is required for styles under $200. A 50% deposit is required for styles $200 or more. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your final balance.
Reschedule Policy One reschedule allowed per appointment. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. All reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Shampoo & Blow Dry Policy Included with every service. Want to come pre-shampooed and blow dried? Use code BLOWDRY when booking for a $25 discount. ** Hair must be clean and product-free. If not, a $25 fee will be added at checkout.**
Time & Quality Matters Please allow sufficient time for your appointment. Finishing times are not guaranteed—rushing may affect the quality of your service.
Hair Included Hair is included with select styles for your convenience. We use pre-stretched, antibacterial braiding hair for a smooth and sanitary install. Please Note: Standard colors included: 1, 1B, 2, 4. Specialty colors or textures may require an additional fee Add your preferred color in the booking notes Last-minute color changes are subject to availability **Hair is not included for all services—please read the service description carefully.**
Travel Policy * Travel within 15 miles is included * 16–30 miles: $35 * 31–45 miles: $65 * Philadelphia & North Carolina travel dates are released quarterly * Out-of-state bookings require a minimum service total plus applicable travel fee * Exact address required prior to confirmation
