Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Coil Essence by JASYOU.UP, LLC for your natural hair care needs!

Please review our shipping and return policy carefully prior to placing your order. All of our products are handmade to order to ensure the highest quality and care. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the process.

Effective Date: June 19, 2025.

Processing Time

We ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g., for pre-orders).

 

This includes the time needed to create your products, apply labels, print shipping labels, and securely package your order. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.


Note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are made fresh. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production and shipment. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate, including apartment or suite numbers.We do not modify shipping addresses after an order is placed unless contacted at orders@coilessence.com before the order ships. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returned Packages, Re-shipping & Exchanges

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery was unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to receive the package), the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Re-delivery fees (based on current shipping rates) 


No refunds will be issued for returned packages due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that show confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will supply the tracking number, shipping carrier, and delivery confirmation for your investigation with the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier in such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is missing an item, includes the wrong product, or arrives damaged, please email us at orders@coilessence.com within 72 hours of delivery.


Be prepared to provide photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly at orders@coilessence.com within 72 hours of delivery.


Be prepared to provide photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit.

Final Sale Policy

All products are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for orders marked as delivered to the address provided. Installment payments via Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm will continue as scheduled.
